It appears as a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid, with an active ingredient content (calculated as HEDP) consistently maintained between 26% and 30%. A 1% solution has a pH of 6.0–8.0, exhibiting neutral and pH-neutral properties.
Compared to traditional HEDP sodium salts, this product offers more than three times the solubility under neutral conditions, with a solubility of approximately 230 g/L at 20°C, effectively addressing the common issues of sodium salts—such as easy precipitation and poor stability—in neutral or slightly alkaline water. Additionally, the product exhibits excellent high-taperature resistance, raaining chaically stable in environments up to 250°C without decomposing or losing efficacy, making it perfectly suited for high-taperature applications such as boilers and high-taperature circulating water systas.
